Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.50 per hour + bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure Site Opens & Operates According to the Schedule Assigned Safely

• Enrollment and Support of Memberships at the car wash

• Provide Daily Observation, Evaluation, Preventative Maintenance, & Service of Equipment Needed to Perform Optimally

• Lead Teammate to Become Better Versions of Themselves, Better Teammates, & Better Service Providers

• Ensure Customers Are Greeted & Serviced According To Our Mission

• Ensure Necessary Paperwork & Reporting is Timely & Accurate

• Communicate Positively & Efficiently

• Maintaining a Neat and Clean environment while customers are on site

• Attend and Actively participate in Meetings and Training Sessions when scheduled

Physical demands:

• Working in all types of weather conditions

• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Requirements:

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
